To customize colors, fonts and possibly other settings of a particular skin go to the Design tab of the Properties dialog box. Each skin has its own layout for the Design tab. To adjust a color simply click on it.

Name of design

Regardless of the layout of the Design tab there will always be a drop down at the top. This drop down contains the names of the various designs available for the currently selected skin.

Note

Although all Favorez standard skins have a Design tab it is not required and there may be skins available online that have no Design tab.

Create/delete design

You may also create your own personal designs using the button right next to the design drop down list. When you press that button you will be prompted to enter a name for your design. Your new design will be based on the currently selected design. The button with the cross can be used to delete a design. There must remain at least one design which is why this button may be disabled.

Note

The designs shipped with Favorez (the ones that are already there) can be adjusted or deleted as well. Before you start working on these designs it may be sensible to make a copy of them first. To do so select the design you would like to adjust and then create a new design. The new design will have the settings of the previously selected design.
