Bring up the Favorez Options dialog box by choosing Options... from the Favorez menu.
Let color picker return web safe colors only
This option affects the behavior of the color picker that pops up when you click on a color in the Design tab of the skin Properties dialog box. If the box is checked the color picker will return web safe colors only. This means that the color in the Design tab may differ slightly from the color you chose in the color picker.

Web Safe Colors
A few years ago, when most computers supported only 256 different colors, a list of 216 Web Safe Colors was suggested as a Web standard. The reason for this was that Microsoft and Mac operating system used 40 different "reserved" fixed system colors (about 20 each). We are not sure how important this is now, since more and more computers are equipped with the ability to display millions of different colors, but the choice is left to you. |
Show hints in toolbar
Uncheck the Show hints in toolbar box if you do not want Favorez to display hints/tooltips when your mouse hovers over a Favorez toolbar button.
Activate HTML email compatibility
This option is relevant only if you use Netscape Messenger as your email client program. Messenger has HTML email enabled by default, its MAPI interface expects HTML break tags "<br>" at the end of each line in your email. Check this box if you want Favorez to insert those tags automatically. Alternatively disable HTML in your email client program.
Show "created with Favorez"
Favorez inserts "created with Favorez" at the bottom of your web pages. Uncheck this box if this text should not be inserted. This option is available only to registered users.
